$500 Website Project Start Payment
Followed by 12 monthly payments of $199
Total investment: $2,888
Most websites are completed within approximately 16 weeks once all required website content, information, images, and materials have been received.
The $500 Website Project Start Payment reserves your project, covers the initial review and organization of your materials, and includes your Website Kickoff Call. It is applied toward the total project investment.

- Custom WordPress.org website
- Up to five core pages
- Mobile-friendly design
- Professional organization of client-provided content
- Contact or inquiry form
- Automated form confirmation
- Foundational search-engine optimization
- Domain connection
- Basic analytics connection
- Two revision rounds

- Hosting and Essential Website Care during the 12-month payment term
- 30 days of post-launch technical support
The extended payment option allows you to begin with a $500 Website Project Start Payment rather than paying the full project investment upfront.
Your domain should be registered in your name and remains yours. SSB Marketing Solutions retains ownership of the custom website build until the full project balance has been paid. After all 12 monthly payments are completed, ownership of the finished website transfers to you. You may then transfer the website to another hosting provider or continue hosting with SSB through one of the following Website Care plans:
- Essential Website Care — $59 per month
- Supported Website Care — $79 per month, including up to 30 minutes of minor updates

How the Process Works
Getting a website for your holistic practice or business is simple.
1. Submit your application
Tell me about your training, practice, existing materials, and website needs.
2. Attend a complimentary consultation
We will determine whether the website-only service or The Next Step is the right fit.
3. Complete enrollment
You will receive your proposal and agreement. Your project is reserved after the signed agreement and $500 Website Project Start Payment are received.
4. Submit your Website Content and Assets Packet
You provide your final content, branding, images, service information, and other required materials.
5. Attend your Website Kickoff Call
We confirm the website structure, design direction, functionality, and timeline.
6. Website design and development begin
Your monthly payment plan must be active before production begins.
7. Review and revisions
You review the completed website draft and receive up to two revision rounds.
8. Launch and training
After approval, your website is launched and you receive training on its basic operation.
