The Next Step is a guided, approximately 16-week professional-presence program for holistic students, graduates, and practitioners.
You bring your education, experience, credentials, ideas, and knowledge of your field.
I help you organize, clarify, refine, and professionally present them.
Together, we develop the foundation behind your business before turning that foundation into website copy, brand direction, connected digital systems, and a custom WordPress website.
This is not a generic website template or a collection of blank worksheets.
It is a guided process designed to help you make the decisions your professional presence depends on.

Bold Visibility
Available with the Professional Presence + Visibility option.
Your website is the foundation, but you also need to know what to do after it launches.
Bold Visibility provides:

- Review-request language
- Referral and relationship-building ideas
- A 90-day visibility roadmap

This phase gives you direction and a plan.

The Next Step is a guided process from application through launch. Each step builds on the one before it so we create your professional foundation before we begin building your website.

Submit Your Application
Tell me about your education, credentials, current professional stage, goals, and the areas where you need support.
There is no charge to apply.
STEP 02
Attend a Complimentary Professional Presence Consultation
Qualified applicants are invited to a 20- to 30-minute consultation.
We discuss where you are, what you need, and whether Professional Presence, Professional Presence + Visibility, or another SSB service is the best fit.
STEP 03
Complete Enrollment
When you decide to move forward, you receive your proposal, program summary, agreement, payment schedule, timeline, and client responsibilities.
Your enrollment is complete after the agreement is signed and the $500 Enrollment & Strategy Payment is received.
STEP 04
Complete Your Smart Foundation Forms
You receive guided forms covering your professional identity, target audience, buyer persona, services, messaging, story, brand direction, visual preferences, and website goals.
STEP 05
Attend Your Professional Presence Strategy Session
I review your completed forms before this 75- to 90-minute session.
During the call, we clarify your ideas, make key decisions, and establish the professional direction behind your business.
STEP 06
Review and Approve Your Blueprint
I develop your Brand Direction and Professional Positioning Blueprint based on your forms and strategy session.
You review it before your Blueprint Approval and Website Direction Call, where we confirm the foundation before website copy begins.
STEP 07
Submit Your Website Materials
You provide your photos, credentials, testimonials, contact information, account access, and other required materials through your Website Content and Assets Packet.
STEP 08
Website Copy and Development Begin
I turn the approved strategy into website content and build your custom WordPress website around the professional foundation we created together.
STEP 09
Review and Revisions
You review the completed website draft and provide organized feedback.
Your project includes up to two revision rounds before final approval.
STEP 10
Launch and Training
After final approval, your website is launched and you receive training on its basic operation.
Clients who select Professional Presence + Visibility also receive their 90-day visibility roadmap and post-launch direction.
A Guided 16-Week Experience
The Next Step is designed to take approximately 16 weeks from enrollment through launch.
Your program timeline begins after:
- Your agreement is signed
- Your $500 Enrollment & Strategy Payment is received
- Your Smart Foundation onboarding materials are provided
- Any initial information required to begin the program has been submitted
Client delays, missing materials, major changes in direction, or requests outside the agreed scope may extend the project timeline.
Your payment plan may continue after the active 16-week program is complete.
The monthly payment option is an installment arrangement for a defined program and website project. It is not a cancel-anytime monthly membership.

Do I need to be fully certified before applying?
You may apply while nearing completion of your education. You should be far enough into your program to understand the work you intend to offer, the credentials you expect to receive, and your professional scope.
Is The Next Step only for aromatherapists?
No. The Next Step is designed for qualified holistic students, graduates, and practitioners in a variety of complementary and wellness fields.
Aromatherapists who already have their services, messaging, branding, images, and website content completely prepared may instead qualify for the separate SSB Custom WordPress Website Build for Aromatherapists.
Do you teach me how to practice my modality?
No. Your school or educational program is responsible for teaching the modality or professional service you intend to provide. The Next Step focuses on what comes after that education: your professional direction, audience, services, messaging, brand direction, website, and online presence.
Do I need to know my target audience before I start?
No. Ideal target-audience and buyer-persona development are part of the Smart Foundation phase. You will complete guided forms, and I will review and refine your answers with you before your professional direction is finalized.
Do I need to have my services figured out?
No. We will work through your services and client pathway during Smart Foundation. You are responsible for making the final decisions and ensuring that anything you offer stays within your education, credentials, and professional scope.
Do I have to write my own website content?
No. Website copywriting for the included pages is part of The Next Step. Your forms, strategy session, approved positioning, and professional information provide the foundation I use to develop your website copy.
Is a logo included?
Brand and logo direction are included. This may include colors, fonts, visual direction, logo ideas, and a simple starter logo or business-name treatment when the concept is within my capabilities.
Complex custom illustrations, complete professional logo suites, unlimited logo revisions, and trademark research are not included.
Is website hosting included?
Yes. Hosting and Essential Website Care are included while an installment balance remains outstanding.
After the program is paid in full, you may continue hosting with SSB through an available Website Care plan or transfer your website to another hosting provider.
Who owns my website?
Your domain should be registered in your name and remains yours. SSB Marketing Solutions retains ownership of the custom website build until the full program balance has been paid.
Once all required payments have cleared, ownership of the completed website transfers to you.
Can I pay off my payment plan early?
Yes. You may pay the remaining program balance early. Once the full balance has been paid, ownership of the completed website transfers to you.
What happens if I fall behind on forms or materials?
The approximately 16-week timeline depends on timely participation, completed forms, submitted materials, decisions, approvals, and feedback. If something you are responsible for is delayed, your project timeline may also need to be extended.
What is the difference between Professional Presence and Professional Presence + Visibility?
Both options include Smart Foundation, your Brand Direction and Professional Positioning Blueprint, website copywriting, and your custom WordPress website.
Professional Presence + Visibility adds the Bold Visibility phase, including social-profile messaging, content pillars, topic ideas, launch communication, review and referral direction, and a 90-day visibility roadmap to help you know what to do after your website launches.
